As the title says…. They never delivered it

I followed the technical instructions carefully but the WiFi doesn't turn on. The front panel is extremely sensitive even touching areas without buttons activates some controls. In the room where I tested it it was 21° while the Radiator's ambient temperature reading was always 15°. I made him disappointed.

I opted for the 40L/day model and I don't regret it at all; it's incredibly effective. The humidity in my studio is visibly decreasing. I previously had a 24L/day model, which was already adequate for my 35m� studio, but with this Pro Breeze 40L, it's like night and day! It dehumidifies incredibly fast (clearly twice as fast), and the icing on the cake is that it uses less electricity than most 20L models! IMPORTANT: When you receive a dehumidifier (regardless of the brand or model), do not plug it in or turn it on immediately. Let it rest for at least 24 hours in an upright position so that the Freon gas can stabilize. Only then can you turn it on. Otherwise, there is a risk of irreversible damage. I am mentioning this because I made the mistake of turning on my previous dehumidifier after transporting it, and it permanently lost its effectiveness. After some research on the subject, it turned out that you should never turn on a dehumidifier directly after transport or delivery; you must wait 24 hours before using it. Getting back to this Pro Breeze 40 Litre, it's an excellent purchase and even if it's a little oversized for my 35m2 studio, I absolutely don't regret opting for 40 L rather than 20 L, the difference is really there, it's absolutely efficient!

Hice el pedido online el día 19 de noviembre y la entrega estaba prevista para el día 24 de noviembre. El repartidor local que usan es CTT Express, una empresa con unas reseñas terribles. El día previsto se marcó el estado en reparto y el transportista nunca llegó, ni llamó. Sorprendentemente el día 26 CTT Express decidió devolver el pedido a Probreeze. Inmediatamente contacté con CTT y con Probreeze para solucionar esto. El día 28 de noviembre aún no he recibido ninguna respuesta. 9 días y sigo sin el pedido, que imagino ya va de vuelta a Alemania.

Attention the description is a copy and paste for all models. The model I received does not have WiFi contrary to what is written in the description. It is a great scam and I will be boycotting this brand from now on. I just have a stupid remote control no range programming possible in short a radiator that you can find half the price elsewhere! I don't recommend it at all.

Unfortunately broken after just 9 days - after only about 5 hours of operation at level 1 for three days. The device goes back tomorrow. Too bad because the thing looks good is handy and the WiFi control was exactly what I needed.

It's supposed to dehumidify the air in the campervan/motorhome. Its performance is completely inadequate for this purpose. It might make sense to run it continuously in very small, unventilated spaces. I can't recommend it.
