Die Lieferung war schnell und funktioniert super

The device is unusable. The sensor doesn't measure the correct humidity and doesn't switch off or on when the set humidity level is reached. It's also too loud.

Prima apparaat

Excellent value for money works really well, takes the moisture out of the air.
Emptying the canister at least once a week

Although the product fulfills its function I think it is a serious environmental problem that there is no mention anywhere of how the collected liquid can be disposed of. The tablets contain calcium chloride which dissolves in water and forms a highly concentrated saline solution. According to official safety data sheets this must not get into runoff or groundwater as it can cause water pollution. It is irresponsible that the manufacturer does not provide any information or warnings on the packaging or in the instructions. Many users will probably simply pour the solution down the drain — with negative consequences for the environment. Such products should have clear disposal instructions to prevent environmental damage.

The product does it job but the compressor is quite noisy. Every 2 weeks the device is lost by the app and needs to be reconnected, with or without app update. And today I cannot reconnect it, neither under Android nor iOS. I'm afraid the Wi-Fi subdevice is dead. Electronics is bad...

For months we had major problems with excessively high humidity in our apartment --sometimes reaching up to 80 and the beginnings of mold. Airing the apartment twice a day (for 10 minutes each time) did absolutely nothing. Only this dehumidifier completely solved the problem. We have the unit running in the hallway of our 68 m apartment, and we leave the doors open at night to allow for good air circulation. After just a few days, the humidity level stabilized. Since then, the dehumidifier has been running continuously from October to April. The tank capacity is sufficient for approximately 24 hours of continuous operation in our apartment. On the positive side, I'd like to highlight: It's very quiet in operation, about the same as a fan on its lowest setting--the compressor noise is barely perceptible. Reliable performance--finally no more mold, and the indoor air is noticeably more pleasant. Why I'm deducting half a point: The app is unfortunately disappointing. It offers very few functions and, most importantly, doesn't display the fill level-- making it largely useless to me. The fill level alarm is helpful, but if the tank fills up overnight, the signal can be quite disruptive. Emptying the tank is my biggest criticism: the container is very full and heavy, and it's almost impossible to avoid spilling some water. This can be particularly annoying on parquet flooring. Pouring it out is also cumbersome, as you either have to remove and reattach a bulky plastic cover or tip it through the openings-- which gets the lid wet. Furthermore, the device continues to drip slightly after the alarm sounds, so you usually have to wipe it down when replacing it. But these are really just the last 10% of what makes it perfect. Overall, the device completely solved our problem-- and, frankly, prevented us from having to move because of the mold.

Visually made really nice. Makes a solid impression and doesn't feel cheap. It is also not visually obtrusive.

Bien reçu le colis, mis en place, bel effet design, plus qu'à attendre le résultat dans le réservoir :)

Au bout d’une semaine déjà une bonne efficacité

Soddisfatto e fa molto bene il suo lavoro

We run a nail studio in our basement. The previous heating costs were considerable. This heating solution meets our requirements perfectly. Within an hour the room (20-25m) is heated to a pleasant 24 degrees. (Heating up to 28/29 degrees is possible but it does not meet our goal.) We can use eco mode at 23 degrees. Thanks to the rollers the heater can be precisely positioned creating a pleasant warmth even under the table (this solves a well-known problem of cold feet in women). The reheat function is also excellent. In summary this is an extremely satisfactory device. I can provide a long-term evaluation in six months. Kind regards

Absolute rubbish. You can adjust all the settings you want, the thing just runs constantly. The one star is for the device's volume.

Merci pour le service.
J'ai bien reçu la télécommande mais malheureusement elle ne fonctionne pa. J'ai acheté une nouvelle batterie, elle ne marche toujours pas.
