Spare-Part EU Adaptor - round head plug adaptor
Tuve un problema con el cargador y me lo reemplazaron sin coste, de manera eficiente y rápida. Muchas gracias al servicio de atención al cliente.

Highly recommended!
12L Compact Dehumidifier
Unfortunately, it doesn't have a handle like the previous model. Otherwise, everything is fine.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Dehumidifier with Max Extraction
Tiene más dB de lo que pone en la web. Es ruidoso en un programa normal.

Cumbersome process if something is missing
6L Compact Dehumidifier
The wheels were missing from the delivery and could not be supplied. The product itself is unfortunately not very high quality. The manufacturer offered to replace the device, but this would have required waiting a full workday at home for a delivery service. Returning it through the Amazon website would have meant paying the shipping costs (which are very high) myself. Due to my complaint, a new device, including wheels, was sent to me free of charge. In conclusion: The device is not particularly high quality, the process was somewhat bumpy, but I ultimately received a complete and functioning device.

La quantité d'eau absorbée est impressionnante. Appareil sur roulettes facile à déplacer. Parfait pour la cave car sinon il est bruyant.

Osmo® 1.3L Moisture Absorber with 700g Tablet
I bought this because the reviews were good and I completely agree. This is small, stylish and collects moisture very well. I have it in my spare room and the damp smell has completely disappeared. No need to plug in or batteries. Definitely 5 stars.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Dehumidifier with Max Extraction
After the appliance we purchased less than two years ago developed issues, we contacted customer service. They responded promptly and assisted us by replacing the old unit with a new one. The new dehumidifier is now functioning properly, and we are very satisfied with the after-sales service. Thank you!

Mediocre lifespan, even pathetic
1800W Mini Ceramic Fan Heater - Black
Very good device, but it broke down 11 months after purchase. There was a strange noise followed by a strong burning smell. I returned it because it was still under warranty. Amazon processed the refund without any problems, however, I'm out of luck with the extended warranty...
