12,000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
It does cool the room well, and in a bedroom (14" by 12") it keeps a great temperature even when its 30 degrees outside, but after the first week or so it started to make a horrible grating noise when its first switched on.
The noise goes away after about 1 minute, but its very jarring. I know portable units are quite noisy but this is new and sounds like something is broken or breaking.

Purchased this recently. What a game changer when the temperature outside has been so hot! Keeps our rooms cool and sleeping is so much better. A little noisy but you switch off from it after a while. Good value for money!

Looks good and is effective. But is hugely, almost unbelievably noisy, very heavy and with no carry handles its a beast to move around.

12,000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
I give four stars because of the good customer service I received. The unit arrived damaged we think in transit and ProBreeze said they would send a replacement once the damaged unit was picked up for return to them. Sadly, and very disappointingly, I was then informed that this model was out of stock and we couldnt get the damaged unit back after repair.
I am currently searching the website daily to try and source this unit again.
Whole experience has been very disappointing, but thanks to Filip for all his help. I just wish we couldve had a replacement unit..
