I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase experience.
Despite ordering the product 15 days ago, it has not yet been delivered.
The first delivery service claimed to have attempted delivery three times, which is untrue as I was available.
Subsequently, the shop dispatched it via a different courier, UPS, who also reported a failed delivery attempt and directed me to a pick-up point.
Upon arrival, I discovered that my package was not there, leading to a frustrating and annoying situation.

Cobraram taxa extra pelo pagamento, a primeira encomenda que fizemos foi cancelada pela loja, por falta de stock, e voltamos a pagar taxa extra para vir outro modelo o que não é nada positivo, em relação ao desumidificador estamos a gostar bastante.

J’ai changé ma note, car après l’intervention du service client qui m’ont apporté un nouveau produit, suite à un problème du premier reçu, je suis très satisfait de la réponse apportée . Ceci dit il a fallu mettre un avis afin de joindre le service client qui était inaccessible je n’avais aucune réponse. Apparemment ils ont eu un problème avec leur communication. En tout cas tout est bien qui se termine bien. Je recommande , Merci à Emma du service clients pour son aide .
