I thought it would be easier to upgrade from win 7 32 bit to 64 bit, but I had a very hard. The program download was straight forward but didn't boot. It wouldn't look at the discs, and I tried several forms to get it and other downloaded programs to boot from. So after reading the internet for days, I bought a new hard drive and found a Win 7 32-64 update-restore disc that worked fine. Once it loaded the OS, I used the key code with no problem.
