Would Not Recommend.

Not a single report delivered to me on my paid campaign during my services with Digital Monopoly (and I only received the reports a few months AFTER I terminated my services with them because I was so frustrated + sent many emails asking for them)

The onboarding experience was painfully slow with little communication.

The account manager I had was lovely (but stopped working there) and I had one meeting with her- which was the only time during my contract that I could actually see what Adwords were being used. I had to change them because they had listed keywords that weren't even applicable to my target audience.

Emails were almost 100% not responded to (except for the accounts department- Carol does a great job at keeping on top of replies + invoices, so a credit to her)

Even tried to send messages through their website which also had zero response. A few phone attempts were made to my mobile, but the emails were what I needed.

They set up a GA code on my website which I've still not been given any access to.

The entire experience was a total waste of my money and time. No increase to traffic on my website, only increase in my expenditure. The total lack of reporting was such a let down. I can see others have had great experiences, but I definitely can't say that was my experience at all. Really disappointed.

P.S. My account is totally paid up- and accounts have all the receipts. "Reporting and service is provided to paying customers" is a total cop out for the total lack of delivery on what their contract promised. I have paid the entire amount but received nothing worth while. Thanks for the extra link to my website too. #scaretactics

I was very happy with the quality of the website, was a bit more expensive then some of the other companies around but I thought the after service would of been alot better as promised unfortunately it has been a joke I have sent 13 emails from the 16 of May trying to get my website updated and still waiting 27 of October Can you please recommend someone else to me if your not interested in updating my website
