We've been sleeping on our new mattress for six months or so and it's super! Very comfortable, not too hot. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a foam mattress.

The most comfortable mattress we’ve ever tried! Both hubby and I LOVE it! It was so easy to unpackage and set up, and we enjoy sleeping on it every night! No complaints here that’s for sure! Also love the mattress cover and sheets!

The hybrid mattress is definitely our favorite choice for a bed you can get delivered, rolled up in a box. We enjoy the traditional spring feeling of the bed, with the additional of the comfortable memory foam. We like that the edge feels more like a traditional bed.

The hybrid mattress is a firmer mattress than we would like, and as there is no choice for a soft version, we opted to add a 3" natural latex mattress topper rated as "soft" topper to our hybrid mattress to finally achieve the comfort we were looking for in our complete mattress solution.

We did receive a mattress that suffered from some issues with the finishing. Fabric threads were pulled out on the sides and tops, and left untrimmed from the quilting, and the brand tag was sewn inside out and half wrinkled into the fabric. These quality control issues were a concern to us and we discussed it with the company. We were given our choice of a discount or a new mattress shipped and the old one collected. We accepted a discount offer and have kept the mattress.

The firmness of the mattress and the quality control issues force us to give this an average rating. If our mattress had been in perfect First Quality condition upon arrival, this would easily be a 4-star rating. The company is very easy to contact and the reps were professional and helpful.

Well I'm giving Silk and Snow a five star review even though I had to return the mattress. For my wife it was great and I tried as long as possible to get used to it but found it a bit 'clingy'. Perhaps memory foam is not for me. If doing it over probably the hybrid would have been a better choice to try in my case. Quality of mattress appeared to be really good. Great customer service and easy no hassle return. You've got nothing to lose by trying - wish it worked out in my case.

Bought this mattress and never looked back. Highly recommend - it's the perfect sleep, and we've had great customer service thus far.

My wife is happy with the hybrid mattress although it did take a week or so to adjust to its firmness compared to our conventional pillow-top mattress. I too found the firmness required some getting used to. My one point of dissatisfaction is that the mattress reflects my excessive body heat, making sleep very difficult to attain.
We are considering exchanging the mattress for another model if the heat problem would be resolved by doing so.
Delivery was very prompt and setup was a breeze.

The Quality of the mattress was great but we had to return it since my wife and I prefer a much firmer support. Unfortunately we both suffer from back pain. My son has this mattress and he loves the sleep he gets every night. Returning the mattress was a piece of cake. I’m very happy that they will donate the mattress to a needy family.

This was an important purchase for our guest room. I researched and compared similar mattresses and decided on Silk and Snow because of the extra layer of foam and the zipper that goes all the way around. I still need to sleep on it, but all our guests have said it is very comfortable.

Most comfortable mattress ever. I have arthritis in most of my joints and have a difficult time getting comfortable when sleeping. I constantly have to change position to relieve pressure on my back and legs. This mattress has allowed me to get the most restful sleep I have ever had.

Soft as a snowbank but warm and supportive! It's helped my husband with his degenerative dice pain. Only down fall is the lack of support at the edge. That took some getting used to!

Such a wonderful bed! Myself, my partner and my dog all love it!
