It took a little while for our mattress to be shipped and the wrong encasement was sent. We are still waiting to receive the encasements for our split california king that is on adjustable frames.

We absolutely love our mattress. The process is very customizable and the customer service was outstanding to help us get exactly what we wanted. The organic/non-toxic standards are very important to us, but regardless, our new mattress is the most comfortable we have ever had. It also sleeps "cooler" than our old mattress. Love it!

I have enjoyed your products for years I have four of your mattresses and many of your pillows, and I referred many of my friends to you .I had just ordered a new pillow. The picture you showed online looked exactly like my old pillow but the one that I received looked like it was purchased at Walmart. I thought it was a mistake and I got sent a pillow from some other company. I couldn’t believe it came from your company. You should be embarrassed sending something like this out. It did not have the beautiful, cotton cover that my old pillow has It has what appears to be polyester lining polyester, bumpy textured outside and was only half filled I am beyond disappointed and saddened. Please bring the old pillows back for $130, the pillow I got is not worth it looks like a $39 pillow . I called customer service and they’re going to look to see if they have any more of the old cotton beautiful covers. and send me some more filling, but to be honest with you I think I’m just going to send the whole pillow back. It’s just really painstakingly awful. I will wait and see if they can find any of the old covers and send me additional filling.

The topper is fine but the service is trash. It says on their site they ship fedex or UPS. I specified in my order instruction i wanted this shipped UPS and not fedex, then followed up by email to the same. Eventually i got a response "you ordered free shipping which is fedex", untrue there was no shipping options other than free, then was given the "ill look into it" response and received the order via fedex. Fedex has repeatedly stolen my packages and lied about it, i do not want those dirtbags handling my packages.

From order to receipt was longer than expected. Pillow came overstuffed and it was extremely messy to try to remove fill. I would have preferred half of the stuffing with an extra bag of fill available to add if desired.

This was our second order from Sleeping Organic for a 3”TALALAY topper (queen&king). Service and order were both quick and easy. Both orders placed during their sale days and the cost was MUCH better than w/big name competitors for EXACTLY the same thing.

Been sleeping on this mattress topper since 2019, and it took longer than a memory foam mattress to mold into the contours of your body - but it eventually does. I don't care how many times you flip and turn it - it eventually develops the slopes and divots of your body causing every night sleep to be a nightmare...

We are loving our new bed! Was very pleased with the ability to customize our preferences for a split king. And relieved to find there truly is no feeling of a seam down the middle.

I have so many pillows at home. I have tried so many and this is my favorite! It is adjustable yet keeps its shape. I am a side sleeper and it’s hard to find a pillow that keeps its height. I love it!

Sleeping Organic not only has the most comfortable mattresses, but terrific customer service! we bought our first one in 2013 and as we were moving to a new house in a new state, decided to replace the old one.
