I found time of modern to be honest and businesslike. They dealt promptly with my order and the goods were received in substantial packaging which gave complete protection to the items. I bought two specific mugs which were replacing ones which I had broken. I had experienced great difficulty in sourcing these mugs and much appreciated being able to find a company who were able to provide them.

Excellent customer service. I recently bought a glass birthday present which was delivered within 24 hours. Unfortunately there was a small flaw in the top, not ideal for a present. I contacted customer services and they could have not been more helpful. The matter was soon resolved, photos were sent to me and I selected a replacement item, which was immediately dispatched. The customer service team were courteous, efficient and very kind. I will have no hesitation in ordering from them again - highly recommended!
