When I had a lot of questions on the application form, their customer service team was very patient and took me through all the steps over the phone. They gave me updates along the way so I was sure they had received our passports, and they managed to get the passport back to me quickly before my work trip. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

They do an excellent job. When they tell you the amount of days or weeks your passport/visa will be done, it is true. Actually, both my China visa and my passport renewal came in earlier than what was quoted. The same thing they did to my friend who recommended me this TVP. They do it professionally and on time and their fee is reasonable.

I received a phone call to see about sending my visa with someone else in my party and save me the shipping money. We also realized that the overnight delivery might happen on a Saturday when no one was available to take the package. We called. It was complete so they sent it overnight and we received it 4 days before the estimated date of arrival. We are very happy with TVP. However, thinking back we were very frustrated doing the actual ordering of our visa. The web site was not very user friendly. Funny how you forget those things when people are nice to you and give you personal attention.

Used Travel Visa Pro.com when we realized 1 week prior to our trip that our 2 children passports had expired the week prior. Customer service was unbelievable. They answered online chat, email, phone promptly anytime we contacted them. They have someone on call 24/7 who was able to change the appointment they had for us from LA to Seattle when our local passport acceptance facility cancelled our Saturday appointment and we had to send our paperwork 2 days later than planned. We fedexed our paperwork Monday before noon and had passports Wednesday by 10am. Costly but gets the job done. I'd recommend to anyone in a pinch!

I realized at 4pm in the Friday before a holiday weekend that my child's passport had expired. We had only about 3 days in our home city before leaving on domestic and then international travel. TVP was responsive (even on a holiday weekend), helpful, and their instructions were easy to follow.
