Normally good, but if there is a problem very difficult to get support
For some strange reason, for one of my clients, when I created a new SSL (QuickSSL Premium) the order went on hold for several days and it was extremely difficult to contact anyone to release the order that got stuck in limbo. Support LOOKS good, with all types of options to get support, but none of them work. No-one is 'home' to answer any queries or solve problems.

Hi Bruce, thanks for your review - we are available via Live Chat and Telephone during normal business hours so I am not sure why you couldn't get through to anyone :/ Please be sure to let us know if you need any further assistance, I will also investigate your order further to find out what caused the delay - though I suspect the order may have been queued at Symantec for manual review.

Easy,cheap,more than enough choices
Trustico is a low threshold for SSL certificates. Good support.
