It’s probably Quest’s fault but I still haven’t gotten my results.

I’ve never had any issues with drawing blood but this time something didn’t feel right and I had discomfort and a softball sized bruise on my arm for 9 days.

This was a fast and easy experience. I highly recommend it. Not only was it easy to schedule my appt. I got my results back in just a couple of days.

Very easy to use to order the tests I needed and extremely quick turnaround on the results. The only drawback is that it doesn’t integrate with my insurance so I could benefit from my deductible and out of pocket both being at zero for the year. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

Easy to schedule an appointment and have the labs done within a good time frame. Getting the results was fast and efficient.

I didn't feel a thing. I only waited a minute or two. If I need any services in the future I will choose them first. The only problem was when I got there, I didn't understand I just need to enter my name. It said enter your order number. It took me longer to figure out to just enter my name than it took to wait to have my blood drawn.

It took more than 48 hours for testing results. I really needed it in 24 hours.

Great, efficient process. My requisition was ready at the lab when I arrived. Will use again, if needed. Fair price as well! Thank you!

Very efficient!! I had no problem receiving my labs, choosing a location, and I walked in for my labs to be taken I did not have to make a appointment. The price was affordable and it was convenient I didn’t need to be seen by a dr. first I needed this testing for an employment opportunity and I do t have health insurance this was the best experience getting these results in such short notice. I will definitely be using this website again.

The check in process was contactless and very well organized, the monitor shows remaining waiting time and also option was available to wait outside, waiting time was minimal since I booked appointment. The draw was done in very accurate way with no bruise or any other indications. And on the top of that the results were delivered very promptly on next day!

reasonably good. not having to visit a doctor office was convenient. not clearly stated when and how I woudl get results back (perhaps I read it but did not process it).

Teat reaults were 3 days late. The results do not auto upload into Symplr, and manual upload of more than 1 page at a time fails

Super simple. Everything done online. Drove to Quest Diagnostics, kiosk check-in, name called 3 minutes later, blood drawn..........out in under 10 minutes. Results received in less than 24 hours. Staff professional, courteous........excellent job!!!!!!!
