I ordered my first Godiva’s Secret Wig when they had the pre order for Freedom in rooted colors. I got Freedon in MoonlightR. I love it!!! I love the shake and go style and the roots. I had been looking at Freedom for a long time, so when they came out with rooted colors I decided to order her. I have ordered 2 more since then. The orders were prompt and the quality is very good!! I only have one complaint, I thought I was signed up for the Birthday thing where you get a percentage off on your Birthday. I just had my 70th Birthday on March 13th and I didn’t get an email about the percentage off for my Birthday. Other than that I am very very pleased. I have been wearing wigs for 12 years now and I love Freedom better than any other wig I have had!!! Thank you!!!

Just received my “Diana” LF in cappuccino. have not worn long hair since I was in High School. I LOVE IT!! I am 60 and was concerned about wearing long hair but I missed it…SO I TOOK A CHANCE!!!!

Ordered gray swatches which was fine but they couldn't even spell my name correctly on the package. I gave them my correct name spelling, but the envelope was hand written and they got it wrong.

I have a couple of wigs now.I always get compliments on my hair. It looks very much like my own color. Just ordered a ponytail. I have not really tried it yet, but I’ll work at it to see how I can incorporate it to make a different style. Enjoy the videos and a different style of wigs.thanks for your advice.

The website needs an overhaul. The swatches of colors are not even close to the actual color of the item. I was so disappointed in the ponytail clip on they I recently purchases, but unfortunately it was a final sale. Oh well Halloween is coming maybe I can use it for yard decorations. The website needs to be reorganized by hair piece, then colors that it comes in, then styles, cuts lengths and head size. All of which should be cross referenced. You only carry about 4 large sizes. That is why I thought I would try hair pieces. The ponytail that I did buy looked like a dark reddish brown, but in fact it was almost blonde. I feel like I’ve been duped. Buyer beware!

The Curly top marble brown topper feels soft and light. The colour is great as well. It’s just a bit too pricy for a tiny piece like that. In all I paid $60.89CAD & $49.75 DHL Express Shipping plus Duty Free taxes at border $25.34CAD. Not worth it at all. I should have checked every before buying. Disappointed but thanks anyway!anyway.

Sooooo love it!

Shipping was fast and the wigs I purchased arrived as described. The videos for each helped me make decisions about which might be best to buy, which is a hard thing when you can’t try them on. I wish The color I liked was available in more styles, but I’m having fun experimenting with new styles. I do wish there were more wavy styles available — not so much curly and not so much straight. Most of us have some wave to our hair and it looks more natural, I think. I also wish more styles were available in transitional grey colors, like the Sandy Silver. Brown straight to silver or grey or white is kind of hard for me, personally.

I was born with fine, straight, mousey ash blond/ brown hair and multiple cowlicks. Over the years I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars on perms, foils, treatments, and every kind of cut. And as I aged, it only got worse. I found you on YOU TUBE a couple pf months ago. I watched every video and read countless reviews. Dani and Ro, you two are really marvelous! Finally I ordered a topper, which I returned because it was too dark. Wanting to see a color sample, I contacted my local Godiva’s Secret rep, Margaret Webb , who very kindly came to my home with samples that I tried on. I bought a wig from her and ordered my new topper that day. Medium top in Harvest Gold. It arrived a few days later, just in time for my wedding! Let me tell you, I have never felt so beautiful and glamorous! I will never go out in public again without my “ doll hair” THANK YOU!!!! Carol White

I’ve had no problem chatting with your staff .. They are wonderful as always. I’m new trying hair pieces and did not get the one that looked right on me. I color my hair dark .. I took the hair piece into Sally’s store to match up hair color. It was dark cappuccino.. I’ve used dark brown. Even different shades it will blend ok. I gave thinning on top so the hair piece was too flat and boxed looking. Maybe I should have teased it but it was suppose to be Machine teased. Machine teased wigs is what I wear. My hair is shoulder length and I’m letting my real hair grow longer. My husband loved my long hair. To have long hair again I will need hair pieces to give it some fullness & hide the thinning I have. Thank goodness my hair stopped falling out .. I’m shedding very little now. Just new to hair pieces .. I have never needed to return anything until this last purchase I made. I’ve watched many video’s and I’m excited to have something. I’m hot in the spring and summer and need hair pieces because it’s cooler, lighter, and the right hair piece will be fun .. Just need some help in getting the right pieces .. I have become a Godiva's Secret Wigs devotee. Rochelle and Danielle are so natural, fun, and practical in their advice. That's what really helped me get comfortable wearing wigs due to Lupus related hair loss. The quality, feel and comfort of the GSW wigs is by far the best I have experienced. I have never left a review on my Sasha wig. I just this past week got the nerve to wear it to work and I was feeling good in it, it’s very comfortable. Everyone at work loves it. Somebody sent my picture to her mom to buy one. I’m ordering another one in marble brown. I don’t know how to leave a photo on here but would love to send you one!

So far I have just ordered three color samples and the wig I would like to buy is out of stock. I need a large. I also would like to be able to get a sample of "Moonlight" to make a decision about a wig that is available. In the meantime. I'm learning a lot about wigs, styling options, wig care, etc. while watching your many videos. I had been coloring my hair for forty years and was using wigs for a quick solution when I didn't want to work with it. When I retired two years ago I decided to find out if there was any potential in those gray roots I kept hiding and learned that I had a lovely silvery gray. Now it's thinning and I'm looking at your gray and silver wigs with interest.

The color was not even close to the color ordered and you can really tell this is synthetic!

Your no hassle return service has allowed me to try several styles/colors until I ended up with a mono topper that initially I never considered, but perfect in the hot, humid climate. My only wish is that they came in more colors. Your videos/client photos are extremely helpful. I’m now waiting for my Alana topper!

So far, I have bought 3 different pieces. Yes, I like them all. However, if you buy different pieces, and expect the same color, you may be disappointed. For example, I order in Marble brown. My first piece was exact to the photo online, My second piece arrived in a very dark color, and the last piece came and was very light, if you have a small head like me, there is very limited pieces, so buy the average and take it in, wear a wrap under it to hold it in place, it sew clips in it.

Your wigs are absolutely beautiful. I have 3 freedom and 1 Nina, and 1 Taylor topper. They make me feel good about myself , gives me confidence. Everyone thinks it's my real hair. Thank you for making a wonderful product.

I love Godiva Secret Wig's. I am now the proud owner of eight of them. Each and every one take on their own personality. I often chose them based on what I am wearing. I have gotten more complements from them. I had to return one wig, which you accepted, and then I was able to purchase another wig, with which I am very pleased! I've had many compliments on the color and how natural it looks on me. It's not a great policy to make your sales "final." I realize that these items could be close out, but when the colors portrayed online barely resemble what you receive, it's really not fair. I am now stuck with two unmatched hair pieces that cannot be used. They have only been taken out of the packaging and put back as it was obvious that the colors did not match what was online. I should at least be given store credit. Over $100.00 down the drain. Typical unfair business practices. Yes, I know it said "sale final" but it's really not good business practice to literally steal money from clients, especially when you misrepresent the product. The real point is that you misrepresent your product. The colors are not what they appear to be on you web site...very deceiving - not good business practice!!!

I love Godiva’s Secret Wigs, and just wish there were more choices for large wigs! Especially large Silver Stone. I’ve purchased 5 wigs but didn’t realize I needed large size, now I must alter them to fit. Can’t currently wear them. But the look beautiful on my daughters.

The first one was too dark and I returned it without any problem. I reordered a second one and it was the lightest color but still too dark, and it did not match so I’ll be returning it. More colors would be helpful

The medium topper in frosted taupe looks great on my. Matches my hair perfectly. I will need to practice putting on and taking off. I get my hair tangled in the combs but I’ll get better. I love my wigs. At 82 years my hair is thinning so I just decided to have fun with wigs. I get many compliments, thanks, Curtistine Taylor 👍

The topper is really nice and delivered very quickly to the UK. My only disappointment was having to pay customs & taxes before delivery of £64 ($80) which took the shine of my purchase along with $51.93 shipping. Not Godivas fault, just didn’t think it would cost so much to order from UK.

I don't like that you can't post photos any longer of yourself wearing the wig that was purchased. I want to see them on people before I buy them.

The actual purchase of my wig was fine. My issue is with the thinning scissors. They were not as discribed in the thinning videos I watched. The blades were wrong. There wasn’t a flat side. I was very unsure of using them. My hairdresser said they were chunking scissors, not thinning scissors. I was told they’d ruin my wig. I texted customer service who told me they’ve replaced the thinning scissors with these and to use them. The response was kinda snarky. It’s been too long to return them and I don’t have my paperwork. I like your wigs but have had other issues with customer service. I think I’ll not purchase extras in the future.

Candice in Chocolate Swirl has been on my radar since I first discovered Godiva's Secret Wigs. But I was being practical and knew I could not wear her as my everyday wig. So I purchased Taylor in Chocolate Swirl and hence my wig obsession started. I now own many different styles, lengths and colors, but Candice always remained on my Wish List. Well not anymore! She was on the Sale page and even though I resisted for a couple of days...I finally gave in and purchased her. I have not worn her out, but my husband loves her. Date night here we come...LOL!

Originally purchased the curly top, but just couldn't make it work for me, and will return. I then ordered the Bella top in sandy silver, which is a perfect match to my bio hair. Just love her! Bella Top is a perfect fit for my smaller sized head. I'm hoping to try the mono mid top soon.

I have mixed feelings- I was very excited to find this company. I ordered color samples to make an informed decision on my orders & started "small" by getting a hairpiece first to pin up my hair. But when it came, it was not the same as the color sample I used -- waaaay more silver in it than my sample, so it really sticks out as "fake". I'm so disappointed with it. I really want to get more, but now don't trust the color process......

Received my curly top in mochaccino and love it. The color was actually quite close to the color of my hair, but when I saw my hairstylist this morning, I took the topper with me and now it’s a perfect match. I plan to make more purchases.

I purchased the Taylor Top in Iced Mocha-R. It is a perfect match for my hair, and I absolutely love it. In less than a minute I can leave the house with fabulous hair! My mom loved it so much she now has two Godiva Wigs and counting.

I recently purchased my 2nd Medium Top w/ Roots - Iced Mocha. My first one I had trimmed with bangs, this 2nd one I am leaving it just as it came. Both are great! I have very fine hair and this piece gives me style and look I want.

I really like the frosted taupe color. I wanted to try Cristi but it was all white in the front and not frosted at all for most of the wig. I thought I would try Quinn, but it’s out of stock. In general I’ve had good experience.

I ordered twice now trying to find the right fit and color for me and although the wigs are very nice and pretty the returns are not so customer friendly. It’s cost me around 40$ because of restocking fees return shipping costs and the refund process is slow. For these reasons I give it 2 stars. I think I will go with Amazon. At least the return process is not costly and it’s fast.

I really wanted to love the 2 toppers I purchased. I am in need of them, I am losing my hair by the droves. I couldn't wait for the day they would arrive. They arrived quickly. I then tried one on and then the other. One with bangs one without. The grey matched my natural grey perfectly. So what can be wrong? Sadly, the quality of the "top" of the toppers. They look very messy and have small hairs standing up straight they don't go with the shiny natural looking bottom. The actual hair looks beautiful, then you look at the top and it looks anything but natural. I am extremely disappointed. As I said I need these toppers they look fantastic in your video's and I was hoping it would be the same on me.

What a great company! I received my wig very quickly- only five days - and I live in England! However, it didn’t suit me so I sent it back and ordered another one, which came even faster! I asked for a refund on the first one which I have already received. What an efficient company, not only am I confident about my new wig, but I am also confident about ordering from the USA . The color was good. I liked the amount of hair. The problem was with the cap. It seemed to be too long for my head, so it stuck up in the back which kept the hair from laying flat.

Love the hair piece that I bought. I couldn't believe it came in less than a week. My daughter loved mine so much that she ordered one as well and loves hers also.
