Very rarely do you find an honest tradesman who will agree a date and turn up on time. Dennis came in and looked at the 2 jobs I needed repairing and just cracked on. He was here less than an hour and the costs were much less than I was expecting. A problem door now feels like it was recently installed. Honestly, mention the word 'double-glazing' and you conjure up horror stories and dishonest tradespeople.
