Encore was very easy to work with they promptly came out after the initial call and gave us a written estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable compared to the other we received. They were about in the middle price wise, but they seemed to have the most professional operation. The work was done about two weeks later. They also arranged for a POD to store all of our belonging during the installation and helped us move things. Floor was completed in two days and looks amazing. I was very happy with there service, knowledge and professional approach. I would recommend them without hesitate.

Encore was referred to me by a neighbor who was very satisfied by the work from Encore. I admired her floor and asked Encore to install the identical epoxy floor in my garage as the neighbor's was beautiful and so well done.. The workers (2) were punctual, worked diligently, and the finished product was just what I wanted. I would refer this company to anyone who asked me. I also chose this company because the price was lower than the other companys I contacted.

I hired EncoreGarage to coat my garage on a recommendation from a friend and I was extremely satisfied. The floor looks amazing especially considering we had a lot of crack and pitting. Great experience all the way around. Did garage floor and cabinets for us. Everything was handled professionally and the garage looks great. Work was completed quickly and pricing seemed very fair.

Process went extremely well from beginning to end. Started with a call to EncoreGarage from an ad we saw. The call was answered by a girl in the office who transferred us to a sales person. Sales person gave us a lot of information over the phone and asked if we would like someone to come out and evaluate the floor and provide an estimate. The person we talked to scheduled the appointment at our convenience, he offered to come out during the day, evening or on the weekend. He was able to come out within two days. He evaluated the floor, thoroughly explained the process and handed us a written estimate. He was not pushy at all. We had received one other quote, pricing was a little less, but found EncoreGarage much more professional and trustworthy. They scheduled our job about two weeks later. The crew that came out was polite and worked very hard. I did have a concern with the step to the door being too slippery, but they told me they could add more grit. The dust was also a concern, but there was very little. Floor took two days and then we could not drive on it for another two days. It came out very nice. Looks like a new floor. I was very impressed with the service and the outcome. I would recommend EncoreGarage to anyone thinking about doing their garage floor.

They were responsive to phone calls. I also asked for references and they provided me with them. They were also the only company to remove the items out of the garage the other companies gave us the option to do it ourselves. They were the best price compared to the other companies. They did the resurfacing in a two time period they moved all the items to one side and resurfaced then came back after that side dried and moved everything to the other side and resurfaced that side.

It all went well. The men that did the work were very accommodating and pleasant.
