I recently had a bed made to my requirements by Laybrook and I am a completely satisfied customer. At every stage my questions and needs [I am disabled] were met with a cheerful and professional response. My bed is very comfortable indeed, the electrical raising and lowering is quiet and gentle, the bed is solidly made and has a reliable 'feel' about it. Really good value for money incidentally. The delivery was perfectly executed with great care taken with my property by an excellent team who worked to create a perfectly assembled product. Everyone with whom I interacted with at Laybrook was an excellent ambassador for the company. I could not be happier and my nights are as comfortable as I could possibly wish.

Telephone conversations between my daughter, myself and the Laybrook team worked very well. We are confident that we have the best combination of variations for our needs.

I only wanted to purchase non-standard memory foam mattresses for my existing electrically operated bed. I rang up to see if they sold a mattress to suit my needs. They were very helpful and courteous and advised me that they were able to supply the mattresses. The delivery was quick the drivers very helpful and respected our property.. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ordered the Richmond extra long adjustable bed. The bed arrived with the wrong base and as a consequence the bed collapsed on us. The fitters did not know what to do. The base was damaged. They did sort out a new base and surround for us. They mentioned compensation but we have not heard anything from them

I am very pleased with my new electronically adjustable bed. I can easily make adjustments to get a comfortable nights sleep. As I suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) it would normally be difficult to find a suitable sleep position throughout the night. With my new bed, I can not only easily find the comfortable position to fall asleep, but also adjust it through the night with very little conscious effort.
