Very helpful during placing of order by phone. Delivery time pretty much what told to expect when ordered, with good notification of impending delivery. Delivery and installation was carried out faultlessly, all packing material was taken away, and installing engineer was friendly and very helpful. Ordering was good and m enquires were handled efficiently the delivery team were excellent no moans about five flights of stairs.we are very pleased with the operation of the bed.However there are feint marks and a tiny chip out of the bottom board.

Following a mix up due to possible problem sourcing the required foam for the mattress I had ordered when that was sorted everything went to plan, as expect. The information about delivery was good and the delivery itself went without a hitch. The mattress meets my expectations . The price was somewhat high but providing the mattress lasts it will be money well spent. Communication during via the chat on line was informative and helpful. All round good service.

Excellent service. Easy to order. Very helpful telephone advice. Bed arrived sooner than expected and the delivery driver was really kind and considerate. He arrived very early and waited until he saw mum was up before coming to the door. He set up the bed and made sure they knew how to use it before he left. Superb!
