Staff at Bicester were helpful and courteous, and the delivery was made on time. The bed was fitted without problems and instructions given. A very good overall experience

The guy's were relay nice got the job done in no time only thing is i think the matresses are a bit small for the bed frame and they have forgotten to join the two basses together .the contacts at your side were very nice and helpful will tell you how likely i will recomend you if you sort things out at my end

Your delivery driver was very helpful, not only with the installation of your product but also with the transfer of the patient from one bed to the new one. All members of your staff were very helpful with advice in helping me choose the right product. Other companies would do well to follow your example.

Ute date for delivery was difficult to obtain and we seemed to be given an odd excuse for its delay.

Your engineer removed my original bed to another room and installed the new bed very quickly without leaving any mess! I am very pleased with the adjustable bed which is most comfortable and easy to operate.

Bed delivery was late due to high demand otherwise everything else was fine, the bed meets all requirements, excellent.

It was lovely to phone and speak to a human who listened to what we needed, explained our options and gave us recommendations. Our order was delivered exactly when it said it would be, it was put together by their experts, all the packaging was taken away and they left the area clean and tidy. The product was to the spec we were looking for. I would recommend them to anyone.

The quality of the bed was good but after sale not very good to say the least as I said bed ok but the position of the cord for lifting is so poor we rang your office to complain and they were not very helpful just saying you need the longer cable but how do we no that before hand shortly a better placed unit would be better my wife cannot reach down the side of the bed to hook it on that means I have to go in and get it off floor poor for a disabled bed Mr Belton

I chose the bed from the brochure and arrived early. Expertly put up. It is very comfortable in all positions and I can sit up which helps my hiatus hernia. My only complaint is my current fitted sheets slip off during the night. I have now purchased two cotton all round elasticated sheets and these are fine. They are made for adjustable beds, very reasonable on line. I suggest you either recommend this or supply one with the bed. There is a firm that does this
