Having placed an order, and paid a big deposit, we then waited for almost 3 months before eventually being told that the bed couldn’t be delivered. Calls not returned. I wouldn’t use Laybrooks again if they were the last company avaiable. Eventually went to Theraposture, where we received first class service, excellent communication and a premium product with the tie promised time frames.

Paid £448 for a mattress for adjustable bed. Was rock hard, resulting in a bad back after 1 night’s sleep. Requested refund as not fit for purpose. Company refused a refund outright. Provided different mattress. Absolute rubbish quality. Mattress cover made of loose-weave cotton, too big to fit mattress. Consequently, mattress cover ever moving, bringing mattress protector and sheet off the bed. Put old, better made, mattress cover on and used safety pins to remove tighten the slack while waiting for a new mattress from a different company. Very expensive mistake. Steer clear

It’s been a great experience, I’ve asked hundreds of questions over the time and they’ve always been kind and polite in dealing with me. The bed was ordered Thursday or Friday last week and arrived today so I didn’t have to wait 10/14 days as expected. The bed looks great so I just need to sleep on it tonight. Thanks to all

We were very happy with the bed for my mother, the mattress wouldn’t have worked without clips to hold it in place! We had to change the mattress as the first one wasn’t comfortable, so then we were given clips too!

Have had nearly 5 yrs of beautiful comfort sleeping on my Laybrook bed. With my Rheumatiod Arthritis it took me a week to get used to sleeping, without my plie of pillows. Only need two now. Best bed ever. Would recommend Laybrook, every time.

Absolutely brilliant company. Our super king disability TV bed looks nothing like a disability product. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys at Laybrook. The extra delivery to Northern Ireland was worth every penny, and the engineer who installed it drove 100 miles on a Saturday morning for us. Highly recommended. Thanks Laybrook

Very poor! Had ordered a bed for terminal relative, with an assured delivery date of less than 1 week. More than an additional 2 week delay on original order date despite multiple calls to customer services. In the end had to cancel order & purchase bed elsewhere. Very disappointing! Would not recommend to anyone. Sorry!!!

Fine shopping experience, but a note of caution: if you are ordering a dual adjustable bed, the anti-entrapment feature can only be ordered for one side - "Yes" - or not at all - "No". You can't order it for both mechanisms.
