When it comes to customer service, this company is in a class of their own. Initially I wrote an email for an issue we had with our pool paint. I was contacted three times within 24 hours for clarification. At the time my wife had just suffer a stroke, was given assurance that my claim would stay open until my wife health would get better.
Roughly two months later, I contacted customer service again. I received guidance, and clarification on how to properly paint our pool, I called a number of times as my thought weren’t always focus on my pool, the understanding I received was above and beyond what you would expect... These individuals define customer service. Thanks for the great service.
