As I mentioned in my product review, I am so impressed with your Customer Service. After I placed my order, I emailed them to request a certain plant appearance (short and squatty instead of tall and slender) to fill in a display I was using. They were very accommodating which shocked me that they could associate my email with my online order and still have my plants in the mail so quickly. Bravo!

Great service. Excellent product. Great training videos. I am adding your Air Plants to my retail store. Very happy with quality. Would like to have the bundles of plant offers identified to make sure I can tell what they are. I have ordered the mid and large size twice but nothing came to tell me what each plant was. It would save me time.

during the ordering process I thought I was purchasing a variety of plants. What I recieved was 10 of the same plants and some of them do not look very healthy. The website seems confusing, meaning what I think I have ordered and what I receive are different.
