Very fast response and to enquiry on the phone too and in processing my order. I prefer picking up my order myself, but that choice is not available on the page for placing orders. Refunding the transportation fee was fast too, but to me as a consumer, it's a "red tape", looking on the outside seems more so for ePet, unnecessary, if there was the self-pick up choice available to begin with, but as said, am looking on the outside.
I also appreciate knowing up front whether the product is in stock and, if yes, how many are available. One would think it's pretty standard to provide those information, but actually not all companies do that. I had been told the product I ordered was out of stock only when I went to pick it up, and that was not a pleasant experience.
Anyhow, I had no problem picking up my order with ePet as the location is convenient for me (where I have to go to pick up my orders affect my choice of who to buy from too), and the pick up process was quick and smooth, and the staff there was polite and helpful.

Applaws Cat Food - Adult - Chicken with Extra Duck 7.5kg: Applaws seem to have changed their recipe as well as the kibble appearance. The kibble is a different size and has a completely different smell. Unfortunately it is making some of my cats ill which means after 10 years of being an Applaws customer I will need to switch to something else.
