The loan process was great. I felt the interface and usability were easy to navigate. The reason it is not five stars is that I would have like to know that once approved there is often a delay to validate attendance and then another delay to disperse the loan - about 5 - 7 days in each case depending on the University. It would be helpful to spell this out in advance.

While we ultimitely used EDvestinU to process the loan, the overall process was not smooth and efficient. I did receive reminders that things were not finished but once in the "system" it was not always apparent what needed to be done yet or how to do it.

Wish the document process could be simplified with an option to identify ourselves as repeat borrowers. Since most people have to reapply each year, it could link to old information instead of having to do an employer verification and overtime verification every time you apply.
