I received excellent customer service from Serena Walsh. She was friendly, polite and above all went out of her way to answer any queries that I had. She had to call me back a couple of times as she ran quotes through various insurance companies but I was never left waiting more than five minutes. She printed out all our van details and insurance expiration dated and sent them on to me. She really did go out of her way to assist and was a total pleasure to deal with. It is staff like Serena that would guarantee my return business and would make me recommend Insure My Van to anybody.

I was told on the phone that I would be contacted with a renewed quota after a conversation with the person in your office , this did not happen. I am also not happy that u have a policy of stopping other brokers from giving more favourable quotas for existing customers.
