I recently had a bed made to my requirements by Laybrook and I am a completely satisfied customer. At every stage my questions and needs [I am disabled] were met with a cheerful and professional response. My bed is very comfortable indeed, the electrical raising and lowering is quiet and gentle, the bed is solidly made and has a reliable 'feel' about it.

The delivery was perfectly executed with great care taken with my property by an excellent team who worked to create a perfectly assembled product. Everyone with whom I interacted with at Laybrook was an excellent ambassador for the company. I could not be happier and my nights are as comfortable as I could possibly wish.

I only wanted to purchase non-standard memory foam mattresses for my existing electrically operated bed. I rang up to see if they sold a mattress to suit my needs. Ordered the Richmond extra long adjustable bed. The bed arrived with the wrong base and as a consequence the bed collapsed on us. The fitters did not know what to do. The base was damaged. They did sort out a new base and surround for us. They mentioned compensation but we have not heard anything from them
