The experience I had with my Insider was phenomenal. I will say that the portal on MSI's main website (not the inscribe portal) can use a little work. I think it would benefit the clients if there was a record/log showing how many sessions have been conducted, how many hours were spent during each session, and how many hours are left. Additionally being able to access recorded sessions through this portal will make it significantly easier and more useful.
