Item--travel crate water bottle-- was totally worthless. It leaked constantly from the spout and was difficult to attach properly in the crate. When we get back to the US at the end of the month we will be retuy it for a refund.

I paid a ton to have my order express shipped and it's been 10 days so far and the shipping still says it's in the US. Even if it miraculously arrives today, I still consider that a very long time for express shipping.

Lisa - we are so sorry that you have not yet received your order. We dropped off your package on May 29th at the post office. We checked and the package was still in New Jersey as of yesterday; however, the schedule may not have been updated. The United States Postal Service indicates that packages sent via Priority Mail International take 6-10 days to deliver. Unfortunately, this schedule does not look to be feasible in this case. Once submitted for shipment, we have no control as to the delivery date. We will continue to monitor your order and hope it will be delivered soon. The Pet Travel Store Team
