I first tried renewing my medical card online and started entering my info and when I got to about the third step, it wouldn't let me continue and instead had me start over again. This went on for about 3 times till I looked for another way of doing it. I looked at my old card and saw a tiny phone number in the upper right hand corner and called that number. From there I was able to finally get it all taken care of. Next time, just give me the phone number. I would also like to be able to use a current pic on my next card. I wasn't able give them one this time around because they wanted me to take a picture of myself and send it to a different number than the cell phone I was using. I would think all of this should've gone a lot easier. I did finally receive my card and certificate yesterday.
