So far I feel like these work. I have started other supplements that cause some gas/bloating, but I don't have an issue with meals.

I’ve been using this product with meals for a few weeks and it helps keeping me regular. My husband started asking me for a pill with meals too. He said it makes him feel better. Success.

It's great. I feel an improvement with my gut symptoms.

I got SIBO Methane 2 years ago in Bali after food poisoning and didn't know that's what was really going on...followed by 4-5 courses of antibiotics/antimicrobials, extreme daily bloating and food reactions and unintended weight gain... I've come to the conclusion that doctors really just don;t understand how to treat this gut issue and there's so much misinformation online about just "killing the bad bacteria" which I did for 2 years and it made everything worse. I developed leaky gut which tbh has a lot fo the same symptoms are SIBO hah. I finally saw a naturopath and the first one actually made things sooo much worse! But then I found another naturopath that started me on a gut healing journey and tbh for the first month I didn't notice any difference and I was about to give up until she recommended these butyrate pills...I got mild bloating for the first week I started 3 pills a day but without that week I started seeing positive reduction in bloating and food reactions...after a few weeks I went up to 4 pills and again more bloating...now I am at 4-6 (I just take 2 eat time I eat a meal) and now I started this company's HCL pills and I take 2 with each meal too and honestly finally seeing reduction in bloating. WOuld recommend both!

I am not sure yet how much it is working, but I am upping my dose to 3x daily. It has been 2 weeks at 2x daily- minor improvements, so I hope for better with the 3x daily.

I have only tried it alone for about one week and it has been very helpful with bloating and discomfort. 4 star

In the 16-20 day segment. Working on getting my numbers for Holozyme and the HCL challenge correct. Have seen some improvements. Find protein for breakfast for the HCL problematic at this stage with the food restrictions. Have lost weight, maybe 8 lbs. or so, which my wife is pleased about. Look longingly as I make her coffee. Think it is a bit unclear when you are supposed to ween off some of the pills. Since I am older, I take it that HoloZyme and HCL are forever, but don’t know how you would know about the other three. Hopeful.

This has been a game changer for my digestion! I have NEVER been able to eat broccoli without gas and bloating, but I had a veggie heavy dish including broccoli with these supplements and had ZERO gas and bloating. The only thing I’m confused about is I know it’s supposed to help you have regular BMs but I’m not experiencing that. Not sure if I need to up my dose or I’m doing something wrong, but if I could get that part to work would definitely give this product 5 stars!

I can’t say for certain that this helps my Alzheimer’s patient relax and fall asleep, Alzheimer’s brains can be hard to understand, but it certainly makes me sleepy from rubbing it on her wrists and forearms with two of my fingers! Need to get myself some finger cots, ha!! It rubs on smoothly, is not so thick that it would drag loose elderly skin, and is rapidly absorbed so it doesn’t get on the bedsheets. Even if it isn’t causing her to fall asleep the way it does for me, the soothing feeling of having it rubbed into her wrists and forearms is helpful alone. I will definitely keep purchasing this!
