Product shipped to wrong address (5hrs away from actual delivery address)and I was told to pay $75 for return. Why should I pay to return something when the intended party did not received? They have no problem taking your money but it’s a hassle to send stuff back.

Don’t make a mistake! Not a fair seller. Have been ordered a stroller. Then decided to return. After three weeks negotiating and I sent the product back with $65 shipping costs. Still haven’t money refund. No one even responding to me. Stay away from this seller.

This was a great decision to purchase this stroller. It was delivered extremely fast though the tracking was a nightmare. But there was communication delays due to the differences in time zones. It was excepted to happen. I haven’t gotten the opportunity to put together the stroller yet but the even have a video to show how it is supposed to look when assembled. Excited for the stroller but elated for my son’s arrival.

Terrible; it has been over a month and I haven't received my order. I was finally notified that you don't have the color of choice and would be sending me brown instead. I didn't order brown and don't want brown, but they are saying I can't get a refund as it has to be requested within the firtst 15 days.. well I was not notified about the color discrepancy until after 15 days post order. I still haven't received my order nor been issued a refund. What a nightmare; no mother with a newborn should have to endure this unnecessary stress.

I bought the motorized crib. It's cute and looked like a good investment. Customer care was quick to help me when I couldn't find where to plug the motor in at. Overall it's useless to me. It's not sturdy enough to rock and support my baby. She always ends up laying in the corner against the wall with the motor struggling to move because the load is off balance. Maybe if it was weighted better it would work better. My daughter is 5 months and 18 lbs. Another issue is the length of cord. It's barely long enough to reach the motor from the floor so you'll need an extension cord.
