I had this kit on my 2012 single cab Silverado with a 5.3. I had it set for 4/6 and it rode amazingly well. I didn't do a c notch and I never hit bump stops driving around. Hauling something in the bed or towing would definitely require the helper bags. But for just a daily driver this suspension kit is the best.

The first time I ever used Mcgaughy's on my 2012 Ram RT used this kit with 2" spindles. Truck road smooth as stock and looked good driving. Product was easy to install and had instructions step by step. Won't ever use any other company. Best bang for your buck. Now have it on my 14 silverado.

I used this kit for my 5/7 drop on my 1999 regular cab Silverado. Absolutely extatic with the look and ease of going in. I did need to use Moog +2 upper control arms to get my truck to align, but I knew that going in. Very happy with Mcgaughys, in fact I'm helping a buddy do a 4/6 drop on his Ram using the McGaughys kit for his truck, simply because I told him how happy I am with the McG kit.

over the years I have owned many trucks from minis to full size to classic. I've used multiple manufacturers for lowering my trucks. Mcgaughy by far has the best product to date. Quality alone stands above the rest. I recently bought a 2015 Silverado Reg Cab short box for my new toy. Doing the research I normally do I found that Mcgaughy made the only drop spindle for these trucks worth buying. And as usual, I am not surprised by the amazing craftsmanship that they put into their products. The rear flip kit was also built really well and install was a breeze (minus a minor issue with the fuel tank location on the RCSB). After everything was installed and torques to spec, it rides as good if not better than the stock suspension. I highly recommend this product.
