What I got was and what I saw advertised were completely different, in the sense that what I got was 100x more fantastic than what I saw online. The earrings I got were nothing short of perfection, and the shipping was quick and prompt.

The rings arrived just before Christmas and they were gorgeous! The stones are darker than the picture but still just as beautifil.

I Love my new ear rings... I just think it took way to long to receive them ... It says 7-10 days when you check out but it was more like 20 days ... I also payed for 2 day air shipping but didn't receive them in till 5 days after they where shipped... So kind of a toss up to be honest....

The actual set was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Pictures did not do it justice. The price was right and shipping time was very quick. I could not ask for anything better.

My wife thought these were fine...so happy wife, happy life. She thought the clasp adequate. She didn't mind the small inclusions (which took a 10x glass to find) and thought the color was very good. All in all, a very respectable produce at a reasonable price.

I can't believe how much the jewelry stores add to the price for the "added value" of getting the whole. Buy a setting from Dazzling Rock, by a gem from them or another wholesaler, and have Jared put it together for you and you'll save thousands with a tiny bit of footwork. I recommend looking around a few jewelry stores to see what you like and getting your finger sized, not walmart as they got our sizes wrong.

The ring itself is gorgeous and was an excellent price. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because it took nearly a month to ship.

Happy with item

After ordering a ring for my wife I found out the ring was personized and back ordered. I paid for overnight shipping just in the event it might be received in time for her birthday. It didn't, no problem BUT when the ring was completed it wasn't shipped overnight as I followed the tracking. It was shipped USPS and took 4-5 days. I would like a refund for the price paid for the overnight shipping. Thank You .

Love my ring but the tracking number was not helpful. It took me 8 days to get my ring after it was shipped. I recommend 2 day shipping if you need your product in a timely fashion. I had to make a trip to the post office at 7:30am the day of my wedding.

Easy ordering and fast delivery

I got a vintage ruby engagement ring and it was beautiful, I know she is going to love it. I had small issues trying to make payments with the layaway program, but their customer service was very prompt and helpful and smoothed that right out. The only other suggestion for dazzling rock I have is to maybe upgrade the box the ring comes in. It was a red cardboard box, I had to get a velvet one somewhere else. Other then that, love the ring, it's beautiful, and for a great price. I'd suggest dazzling rock to anyone
