I'm the one who ordered the enhancer #K2745. Kevin, I know we had a misunderstanding about whether it was in production and I sent many measurements to the best of my ability. The enhancer came, I inserted my solitaire and it fit beautifully. Thank you for all your patience, I appreciate it so much. In my other reviews I described it as striking, dramatic and elegant. I would recommend you and Dazzling Rock in a heartbeat. You can see the photo in the Google review. Thanks to you all for such a beautiful and unique piece!

We appreciate Kevin's extra effort on shipping the earrings earlier very much! We were in a tight timeframe, and we really liked them. I got them today and we fly to Romania tomorrow. Our friend, in Romania, will be very happy to get them. Thank you very, very much again! Adi

Kevin, the representative of Dazzling Rock was so extremely patient and professional in assisting me with my beautiful ring design. I had many multiple email communications with him regarding my specific desire for a replacement of my original engagement ring setting to update to a newer setting using my diamond solitaire for center stone setting. He provided me with CAD designs and made certain that I was completely satisfied with my choice. The ring is gorgeous with my diamond. He was expeditious in placing my order and processing my ring and it was
shipped to me with protection. The price was fair and I highly recommend Dazzling Rock to anyone considering on purchasing jewelry.

My experience with Dazzling Rock was excellent. My daughter lost one of her diamond earrings previously purchased at Dazzling Rock. My first surprise was that I could buy one earring for half price of the set. The match was excellent and the quality equal to her original purchase. The customer service was perfect. All of my questions and concerns were answered on the same day. They will be getting more of my business in the future. The purchase was made on line and I am a very happy customer!

5 star experience. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. I also look forward to working with them again in the future. My ring was absolutely stunning and the customer service far exceeded my expectations as far as communication and help when I needed it in a timely and professional manner. They also included a free gift which was both appreciated and unexpected.
