Very good.

Good value, good price ... speedy service ... couldn't be better....

Nice price

We changed to this from the other cat sand and it produces a lot less dust, which I think is the better option for both my cat and my family. But what I love the most about this product is that you can just flush it down into toilet!

快靚正

貓貓十分喜歡，排便排尿都好好，味道亦不會太濃。

I’ve experienced purchases from other online pet stores in HK but ePet has the best service and response rate so far. Product is delivered on time with regular updates as well as properly packed during shipping! This will be my go to pet stores in future!

Fast delivery, package well presented.

very nice

Very fast response and to enquiry on the phone too and in processing my order. I prefer picking up my order myself, but that choice is not available on the page for placing orders. Refunding the transportation fee was fast too, but to me as a consumer, it's a "red tape", looking on the outside seems more so for ePet, unnecessary, if there was the self-pick up choice available to begin with, but as said, am looking on the outside. I also appreciate knowing up front whether the product is in stock and, if yes, how many are available. One would think it's pretty standard to provide those information, but actually not all companies do that. I had been told the product I ordered was out of stock only when I went to pick it up, and that was not a pleasant experience. Anyhow, I had no problem picking up my order with ePet as the location is convenient for me (where I have to go to pick up my orders affect my choice of who to buy from too), and the pick up process was quick and smooth, and the staff there was polite and helpful.

Excellent Delivery service! Timely customer service

epet provided excellent online service to us. Thank you.

I used to order dog food by phone, Stephen provides very good service in taking my order. ePet provide very good and fast service on delivery. If the product you have ordered and your pets don't like, they will arrange pick up and refund on products not yet opened.

Very good for weight management of my Corgi. I can give him the normal amount without worrying him putting on weight. Very satisfy for this diet and will continue to order this for long term weight management.

Best replacement for Veterinary Formula ever tried before.

My little feline friend had had Royal Canin Kitten diet as a kitten. She just turned one year old hence need to switch to adult diet and we decided to stick with RC and try FHN "Sterilised". She has been having it for a few days now and likes it, would clean the bowl pretty fast. So, so far so good.

Highly recommended

I have a white chihuahua and she tears quite a bit. I tried this product first and then tried to switch to a cheaper product of the same brand but there is a huge difference. Although in a small container but if closed properly, the wipes are very moist even down to the last one. Also the material is thick and feels smooth when wiping and most importantly, it does the job well. The surrounding areas look clean but when using the other product for the same amount of time the areas are still stained. Also Epet has good prices and delivery is fast.

Very quick delivery.

Quick delivery and very helpful staff.

快靚正！

I have four cats so it’s a must to buy in bulk, these biscuits are perfect because they come in a variety of sizes and cats think that the biscuits are delicious
