It’s easy to order online and the delivery is quick. 1 mark off for passive messenger. He called me 2 times in a row and I missed them. He kept my order until I called and asked about the missing order in the following day. He denied he called me before and had my delivery with him at the beginning, but realized it when I told him all the entire timeline and what the order was. Then he asked me to call again the other day as it was his holiday. The order turned out arriving at my place without further contact on the following day.

Delivery is fast. One only thing is that the delivery time for Kam Tin is in not flexible and has to be in the afternoon where normally there are no one home. We will need to make special arrangement to ensure the frozen food is well kept until we put it back to the freezer. But so far the food arrived In good condition.

We use Epet for 2 years and we are very happy because it's fast, efficient and the price are good.

I am lucky to find that the cat feed that my cat loves is available with E-PET. Also as it is very urgent to have this particular feed as my cat will only take the special brand with special favour.Last year he had an extremely bad experience with the shortage of his favourite cat feed and been starving for nearly 3 days ! E-PET is very helpful and all of his supporting staffs are very sincere and kind. I would recommend E-PET to my friends and family.

I have been using Epet's for a few years. They are usually excellent on their product ranges and delivery. However, lately everything I would like to reorder is always out of stock and asked to try a different product. I understand that there might be issues with stock from the manufacturer but it’s happening a lot more often. Overall, a great company.
