The No Furl rings had some casting markings that caused the flag to hang up. Once these were smoothed off, everything worked fine.

I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my father as a birthday gift. I tested it on my house first. Left it outside during windstorms and heavy rain. I worried a bit about it during some of these situations since I've used those big box flag poles in the past and they never last well past the first bad storm. This pole is still flying my flag strong. I am very pleased with it and my father is as well. The polyester flag I ordered is just amazing quality. I collect vintage flags and so swapping them on and off with the never furl attachment is very easy. Speaking of the never furl attachment, it works like a charm. There are quite a few flags on my block but let me tell you, mine stands out as the most impressive looking. I am very happy with it. Thank you for making such a wonderful product.

Got a nylon flag 4' x 6' about 2 years ago for our condo community. Kept it flying all winter (in Michigan). Had another larger flag for the summer. The nylon was shot after two hard winters. Decided to try a polyester. Just hoisted it- no blizzard today-April 25th, 2020. Great quality. Will buy again, not too soon I hope. Michigan winters and flag longevity are mutually exclusive.
