I returned the flag pole bracket I purchased on Amazon, That bracket description said “100% Made in the USA.” The packaging on the bracket I received stated, “Made in China.” I returned it. I’d rather pay more for a quality item made in the USA, and support the American workforce. Besides, I don’t want a “Made in China” bracket holding my “Made in the USA” flag. The online purchase and checkout process was easy.

Great setup, easy to install. Quality seems good. I like where it is made, but it is pricey. Just buy it. I did not buy their light, because it was waaay to expensive for a simple light. Easy to get a cheap one. Would definitely buy again Probably gonna buy a few for Christmas presents this year

We bought the 25' version. So far, we are very happy. Great looking pole and works smoothly. Two flags don't look scrunched on the 25' version. I would like to add a suggestion if you buy one. After installation, drill a hole through the pvc and base so you can add a pin to help with extending the pole. Without the pin, the last section is very difficult the lock in place as it is trying to lift out of the base as you are trying to lock it up in place. With this modification, it works very smoothly. Also appreciate the military discount. Proud to serve and proud to fly the flag on this beautiful pole.

I have not used it yet but it does look more heavy duty then any ones that I have found so far. Like the fact that it is a USA made product. As soon as I have a wind storm break the one that is holding the flag I will install this new one and I will rate it then.

This flag case is very highly quality, and worthy of my father's flag. My father was a Marine who passed away earlier this month from the effects of agent orange. I knew that he would not care for any product made in China carrying his flag. This case was made in the USA and it shows in the sturdy and well made quality. I would highly recommend this! I also loved that I was able to get a personalized plate with it too!

We bought our first flag from the US Gov. Our Grand New Flagpole kit gives spirit to the stars. Great product.

We had a heavy wind and both plastic clips broke and my flag wound up on a neighbors porch 3 houses down. I replaced the cheap plastic crap clips with metal split rings that will not break. I had only had the flag kit for 3 days when the clips broke. The instructions specifically stated that metal split rings had been replaced with plastic clips on new orders. Why would you use cheap plastic clips for flags that are getting rained on, getting hit with the heat of the sun, getting ice on them in the winter, etc etc.? Seems like a very poor decision on the part of the company. If you buy this kit be sure to swap out the plastic clips before set your flag out there.

I researched flagpoles for 2 days and this site and product was best.

The flag is what it is supposed to be. That seems pretty like a pretty basic standard, but these days getting what you paid for is not always a straight forward thing. I am happy. I would order from this outfit again. My only complaint, if it can be called that, is having to sort though all the other companies either based in China, (and trying to pass them selves off as a USA company), or who are making a poor product before I found these guys.Thankfully, now I know who to order from.
