Everything was really great quality for the most part, the flag especially which is key. The unfurling system wasn't exceptional the flag still furled a bit but it was pretty good. But the customer service was out of this world, and extremely helpful. I will be recommending to all our fellow military families.

Can’t say enough about Philip and his great customer service! Had a few issues (my fault) and they were handled seamlessly and quickly. Quality of the pole, solar light and flag appears to be good - and they’re all made in the USA! Just got it up and it was all I expected. Needed 3 1/2 bags of concrete. Wind is picking up today so anxious to see how it handles it - but easy to lower if it gets too bad and the ease of raising and lowering was important to me. All in all one of the best purchases I have made.

I try my best to buy USA made products

I looked around quite a bit for a flag case that was appropriately constructed. I wasn't going to use some junky thing to display our family veterans' flags. I am pleased with the construction and appearance of the flag cases I purchased from Grand New Flag.

Installation went very well. I followed the recommended instructions bought 3x80lbs sacks of 5000 plus high strength concrete. The form I used [matching dimensions of instructions] actually limited my pole to 2 bags. I hope that this difference will present a problem when winds pick up. Otherwhise, I am very happy with this purchase. I like that I could easily raise/lower pole to mount/dismount 1/2 flags. I also mounted a large eagle and it looks awesome! Well designed, functional, and made in USA!

Bought this flag pole and Titan solar light. From Phil at Grand New Flag. Wife and I installed it. We are so pleased with it . And the solar light sits it off. It makes the flag look great at night and is much more then we expected. Shows the full flag and makes a perfect four foot circle all way down to the stone and ground. So glad we decided on this Titan solar light. And Phil was great we have never did anything like this and being almost 70 we needed some help. And sent him many emails and he was quick to always answer back and answer my questions each time. We would buy from him again in a heart beat. And the quality of Titan solar light and pole was ex. Just as he stated on his web sit and in person.

Best flag pole I have ever owned. Very high quality material and workmanship. I have the 20’ telescoping pole and I love it. Installed it according to directions so I am sure this will stand up to the worst storms. My last pole was a cheap Chinese that broke at just 40mph wind storm. Buy USA!

I purchased the flag couple months ago, but just put it up a couple weeks ago. It seems to keep unfurled but we have not had much wind lately. Usually we have strong winds. So I am anxious to see how the flag does then.
