The flag colors are great, everything seems good so far will need to wait and see if it keeps the good color throughout the weather for awhile but really appreciate it being made in the USA!!

The other thing I like about this site is that it provides information on the proper size you need for your flagpole. I have had to replace several flagpoles due to high wind and wrong size flags. Easy to order but there was a mistake on the online Veteran Made Flag Case. The website says "Free Shipping in the USA" under the item, but at checkout I had to pay $16-$30. I tried calling Customer Service but no one answered and I didn't have time to leave a message and wait for a reply. Maybe update the information so buyers can factor the prices more accurately.

The solar light is brighter than the previous one we had. However the hole is larger than the post of the Delta Series flag pole we have. The flags are great, light weight and should reduce bending of our flag pole on windy days. The Marine Corp red back ground looks a little pinkish to me. Believe our previous Marine Corp flags the red back ground was a darker red.

I love the fact that I'm purchasing products made in the USA. However, the website was difficult to use. I was directed to a link to verify that I am a human, but it didn't work. I then received an email with a discount code if I would come back and complete my order. However, the discount code didn't work. Kinda frustrating! Update-4/20/23. Less than 30 minutes after I posted this Phillip contacted me by phone and resolved my issue. Great company to do business with! I have made a second purchase and will be making more in the future!

I did not expect to get a handwritten note and business card from you. It made my day. The flag is constructed as advertised and came on time. It holds an ironing well. The grommets are perfect for attaching my flag to my old staff. I am part way through making a bag to protect it during transport.

I like having a black pole and mount along with a shiny ball at the end. The mount is very sturdy and the overall assembly is a snap. However, the collar that is used should be made out of aluminum or similar rather than plastic as it is not strong enough….note the break in the picture. If you don’t tighten the set screw enough, then the collar gets hammered to death by the slider, so you tighten it some more to hold it in place and then “snap” the collar breaks. I have simply attached a hose clamp above it to keep it in place afterwards. Also, I feel the top tube should be about 6 inches longer to accommodate stretching the flag to tighten it against the pole more, otherwise the collar can actually go beyond the current length of the pole. Therefore, improvements could be made.

The flag and other products to hang the flag are super nice. The person on the phone was really helpful answering questions.
