Great price and MADE IN USA

This flag pole set arrived on time, packed well and free from damage. The instructions included were good and in particular, the pole and adjustable cast aluminum bracket are of high quality. The hooks that attach the flag to the pole are plastic and the finial appears to be silver painted plastic. Initially the flag was getting itself wrapped up in the wind, but I moved the bushing up (the one that tightens with an allen wrench) about an inch towards the top of the flag poll and that solved that problem. Best part is that every part is made in the USA!

This is a great product from a great source. They got the finer points of customer service right!

Pretty nice. However, two suggestions for improvement: (1) Surprisingly, the blue field on which the stars are embroidered looks rather washed out in the sunlight. Not sure if this is just thinly woven polyester or a dye issue; and (2) The flag is delivered on a tightly packed box and, when unpacked and unfolded, has noticeable creases that remain visible regardless of unfurling in the wind. Is there a recommended way to remove those creases without damaging the 95% poly fabric (e.g., place in dryer on medium heat, iron or steam on medium heat, etc.)? Thanks, EA

We purchased the flag pole kit and bracket. It came in great condition and the quality of the product is great. This is the only MADE in USA flag kits we found, very thankful they took the time to provide the public with USA products. The only complaint I have is the bracket came with a large bur inside so when the flag was placed in the holder it would not slide all the way down. I had to get a round file and file it down which fixed the problem but might be an issue for people without that tool. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.

So glad to find a "Made in USA " solar light for my American flag. I didn't want a Made in China light. The price is too high but I will pay for Made in usa.

I had earlier this year purchased the Veterans Flag Case. Loved that it was made in USA and the quality of workmanship was wonderful. Recently added the name plate and was not disappointed. Same quality. The case is not with me, so not able to send in a photo. Glad that after checking out many companies that I found Grand New Flag.

I think the cost is ok. It was easy to verify it was made in USA and I didnt want a kit, just the pole. The "add bracket" was ok but Im using a Brave browser so it was doing "weird" things, flickering, so you might want to check your site using Brave
