The way the bracelet is designed, it can easily fall off, there needs to be a loop to hold the band in place.

After my mom had a stroke and she was going home they were very helpful and kind and courteous. They shipped right away. Super easy to set up. About a week after we received it my mom accidentally pushed the button and it alerted me and my brother and they instantly alerted ems. I couldn’t get ahold of my mom (volume on phone was turned all the way down) on my way to her house I called them and they answered right away letting me know. I would definitely recommend.

No doubt, at 75 years old, I feel much safer knowing I have this service. The customer service reps that assisted during the purchase...and later, activation, were some of the best I have dealt with. I do wish the watch came in a design more suited for a woman. [Necessarily], it is large - nearly too much for a woman and the watch band, while adjustable, must be shortened so much to accommodate a smaller wrist, the excess length gets caught in coats and long sleeves. Still, I will wear it for peace of mind.

No issues with medicare. My premium is taken out monthly. My benefits have worked out great and medicare follow up with explaination of benefits come quartly.
I was pleased with the customer service I received and now am getting used to the watch itseld. My only wish is that there was something smaller for women rather than the big black item I am currently wearing.

Our family purchased the Smartwatch for my Mom as she is getting older and living in a large 4 bedroom house with the steps to the bedroom. She is very happy with the watch and has the comfort knowing she can call for help if she falls. The rep we worked with (Debbie) was very helpful guiding me through the Smartwatch features and next steps on registration. The watch came in a few days along with paperwork to get started. The whole process was very streamlined.
I was pleased I could come to your Livonia office and spend time with Cameron Stapp to decide which Medical Alert was best for me. Also I spoke with Lisa on the phone who was very helpful too. I am pleased with the Medical Alert and the modern technology to keep me safe on the go and in my home. I read all the instructions and got questions answered by customer service. Cameron filled out the necessary information to be kept on file in an emergency on the computer. I gave a brochure to the receptionist at Meadowbrook Commons in Novi if a resident enquires about a Medical Alert and I would get a free monthly payment for a referral.

My wristband broke. I called and was sent a nice new one. I had a bit of trouble putting it on but nothing that a little dexterity couldn't overcome. I absolutely love it. They always provide great service and I'm so pleased I chose them as my alert company.

We/family have been very happy with your device and service. This was purchased for my mother who lives alone. The one thing I find frustrating is that we don’t get verification that EMS etc have arrived and we can’t always have contact with them.

Everyone was very nice. I still don't understand why we had no choice but to upgrade our device. I just hope that if my mother would prefer the old one back that she could still get it. Personally, I'm glad that this unit will work during a power outage, but my mom says the alarm is heavy and uncomfortable around the neck.

I was showing my watch to a friend. It didn’t cancel. I had my phone cut off in a public place. 2 cops showed up and were very polite. How embarrassing! My watch did it’s job!

Fast and easy replacement. They alerted me that the battery of the device was getting low, sent a replacement along with a prepaid return shipping parcel for the old unit. They called to have me test the replacement which took about 30 seconds and we were set. Easy. Fast. Courteous.
