Refinancing my car through them was the smoothest and fastest transaction I have ever done in my 58 years of doing business. They were extremely professional and did everything they said they would do quicker than I expected. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I loved working with Mona Johnson. I am so glad to be saving close to $30 a month on my car loan! My only complaint is that Open Road did not disclose the fact that they "sell" your loan package to another partner lender or bank. So I was shocked when Wells Fargo Dealer Services called me and sent me materials in the mail. I wished that had been told to me because I thought I would be dealing with only Open Road Lending. But as long as none of the loan details were changed, I'm happy. They were able to get me to where I wanted in regards to payments.

This was an easy process and staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small lag in communication between my finance company and open road so make sure you continually follow up until complete. Other than that I am exceedingly pleased.

Was overall a great experience very painless my only idea is to have more customer contact overall process moved along great and i saved 5 % interest and 227 a month cheaper

Experience from start to finish was almost 100%. My only wish is that more attention had been paid to my request for a shorter loan term because my desire was a lower interest rate, not the lowest monthly payment. If that had been followed from the beginning would have been a 100% instead of 95%

I had a good experience with OpenRaod Lending. The only complaint that I have is that my husband and I had to sign and get papers notarized multiple times due to the papers sent by OpenRoad not having our names exactly like our drivers license. It took us 3 weeks to get everything finalized because my husband and my work schedules. I had to pay to have the paperwork overnighted twice ($50). If the paperwork just had our names correct the first time it would have been a much faster process. In the end we are happy that everything finally went through and we are satisfied with the money we will be saving.

The refinance was fast courteous and acceptable. The only downside to it was the payment scheduling was incorrect. Had this been something that was not preplanned for it would have been a problem. Good service otherwise.

Bait and switch game.

Best quick service. I wasnt really thinking about refinancing but when i saw a recommendation on creditkarma and i got a mailer from open road i thought yes it's time to get a lower APR. The service was quick and easy. Get the email send fill out and sign and send back. Within a week i was approved for a much lower rate for the same about of months i had left on my contract so i had nothing to lose.

Wish I'd have known they were head hunters for numerous financial institutions. The numerous hard inquiries were a big blow to my credit scores that I'm trying fiercely to recover. Think there should have been one inquiry shared by all institutions that were interested.

I did not like the paperwork process. It was long and too much was required. I've refi before with more reputable companies and the process was not as extensive and just as secure. However, I like the fact they make communication convenient that was a huge plus. I was able to text and email with my advisor and she responded really fast. They respond quick! My advisor was professional. And they have an office I could go to which made me feel more confident about who I was dealing with. It seems the company really appreciates their employees, that was a huge plus for me. When I went to the office it was very diverse, the staff were able dress comfortablely...the environment just appeared laid back. Everyone I came in contact was friendly and ensured I was taken care of. When you treat your employees well and care about them I believe you treat your customers the same. Lastly, the best thing about this company, my interest rate went down almost 6% which is a huge plus. I definitely recommend OpenRoad Lending.

Good company but a lot of paper work

Had some delays in paperwork getting to me correctly and having to have things notarized multiple times.

I was amazed at how quick the process from start to finish was. It was easy for me to text and email the info they needed from me. I had no hassles. My monthly payment went down $110 per month. Yay.

After dealing with another company that had very poor customer service, it was very refreshing to do businesses with a company who actually took the time to listen to and answer every question I had. Everything started out awesome, to words the end my designated rep said that she was not getting one of my papers. We both were frustrated. The issue took a couple of weeks to resolve. I now have my lower rate and I am very pleased with my decision to use Open Road Lending.
