I ordered some of the medium sausage seasoning for our hog. It was delicious. My wife and kids thought it was a little too spicy so I think I will also order some mild seasoning next time for them. The price was right and the seasoning worked great.

This was my first time ever stuffing my own sausage. These casings were great! They were packed well and easy to work with for a small batch. It's exactly what I needed.

Hello, We were really, really pleased with the way Walton's 3/4 HP grinder handled out combination of venison and pork butt. Everything went so smoothly, from the moment we turned on the grinder to the end of a 6 hour day and 150 lb of venison/pork. Regardless of how well we removed the tougher parts of the meat, or not so well, there was never any hesitation in the process involving the grinder. We processed snack sticks using various various flavors from your selection, and 19 mm collagen casing. We switched over to 30 mm casing for sweet Italian sausage and brats. I like the flexibility of being able to set up the grinder just for grinding or stuffing. We used larger nozzles for 1 lb bags of burger, too. We were so pleased to get so much done. We got to taste test a couple different flavors of snack sticks, after some heat and some smoke. What a treat at the end of a successful day. Deliciously done. Thank You.

I had an internet order that the 3 blade star stuffing knife was not in stock. I was contacted by phone and notified. The waltons employee and I changed my order so that it could be shipped ou the same day, minus the stuffing knife. That was very nice, so that I did not have to wait on the whole order to be shipped at once. That website could be updated with all the pictures. The grinder parts section is not complete.

always just what I want

I ordered 250 of the 2 1/4" x 12" one pound fibrous casings for summer sausage. This size will make a perfect portion for eating in a day or two vs. the usual 3 lb. casings that are just too big for quick utilization. I look forward to trying them out soon.

I bought 40 lbs of pecan pellets , 40lbs pecan sawdust and 40lbs hickory saw dust. Watching my smoker as I write. Using pecan pellets fantastic !!!! Smells Devine and plenty of smoke. Thanks Wantins for great products!

I recently ordered feta and spinach seasoning for brats and also tomato basil with high temp mozzarella. Both seasonings turned out incredible as we made 400 pounds of brats. I was surprised at the feta and spinach flavor as I do not care for feta but the flavors melded so well together. The shipping time was spot on and I will be using Walton's exclusively from now on..
