They processed my order fast their prices were good. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because one of their sales items was not available. I contacted Customer service and they said they had to get the item from another distributer and they would get back to me in a couple of days. That was 2 weeks ago!

I just purchased Two Knife sharpeners for Christmas Gifts for my boys along with a list of Sausage making supplys. The oreder arrived in a timley manner. After opening it I discovered one of the bases for a knife sharpener was broken thru shipping. I called customer Service and spoke with Arron. I was amased at his effort to correct the issue at hand . I will report to all that within a week I had my replacement stand in hand from the manufacturer of the Sharpener. I've had the Walton's catalog in my possession for awhile now. I finally broke down and purchased a large meat grinder. I ordered my casings and seasonings which arrived in no time at all. I'm looking forward to securing some venison this hunting season so I can make some sausages!

Do not hold entire order due to one item on back order. Give the option during the order to ship partials. Also needs to be able to enter a PO if wanting.

Although everything came within 3 days, 1 Item was incorrect and was shipped later that week after I had to figure out how to get them photos of the package for proof, I guess. I received the correct item package 1 week after it was ordered, and did not receive a discount off the shipping amount, nor any type of discount for the inconvenience which was not my error. This was a big inconvenience to us in our attempt to get some meat processed post hunting season. We are also missing a Instruction Manual which no one was willing to help to obtain for the Meat Mixer, so just had to figure out how to put is together and clean it by trial and error. The products are beautiful, the spices are wonderful, just wish the shopping experience could have been a little less stressful.

Walton's did an excellent job handling my orders. It was simple fast and I received my shipment faster than I expected.

I grilled a sirloin steak for myself and my wife on Monday October 20th and it is three times better than any restaurant. I have used this seasoning for many years and it is the best I have ever tried for the past twenty years. I have also used it at a NASCAR race at Talladega for fifteen people for over fifteen years and they were shocked of how good my steaks I cooked for them were.

I did order some natural casings, but my order did still take 1 week to ship. It seamed a bit excessive.

I ordered online first time and was great except certain spices or seasoning like meatloaf I wanted a case but only found by the each. One bag at a time.

I ordered shrink pouches online for our butchering business. Several days went by and they hadn't shipped. When I contacted customer service, they told me the product I ordered was out of stock and not expected for another month or so. I wish this was posted online while I was ordering as I would have sourced the product elsewhere. This is not the level of professionalism I have come to expect from Waltons.
