I would highly recommend positive prints. I got my wife an anniversary present from them and they where so professional. My wife loved it .5 stars all-round.

First, you were wonderful to work with. I had a problem with getting the address in that I wanted. You answered my question quickly and accurately making the ordering process perfect! When I received the print, it was packaged to ensure that it arrived in good condition. I stared at it for a moment and then took it in the living room to show my wife. I'm sure after 46 years of marriage we both got a little misty. She said, "wow I've never seen anything like this before". Then she just took it in for a moment and smiled. You folks did well. We talked about it and the memories associated with it and then talked about where we would hang it. Our walls are covered with photos that help us remember our life together. The print you created is special. So, we found a special place to hang it where we see it several times a day. Just saying thank you does not seem to mean enough. However, THANK YOU.

Very good quality and service. On the website I could not change the layout of the print as one word was standing on its own. Positive prints emailed me a confirmation of what I wanted and they also fixed the standing word to look better and gave me the option of the original or the changed piece. I was very pleased someone reached out and fixed this small issue. Very good customer care.

I recently purchased a print for my husband for our 2 year wedding anniversary and he absolutely loved it as did I. The website was so easy to use and had lots of different options to choose from. I noticed a little mistake after I'd confirmed my print and emailed the company and withing minutes I got a reply and a draft of an amended print for approval. Absolutely brilliant service and beautiful product. It hangs in our hall way under our wedding pictures and gets more complements than our pictures. 100% recommend.

I got the music sound waves print of our wedding first dance song for my husband for our anniversary. It was so easy to personalize and so quick. I got it framed and it came in perfect condition. My husband loved it so much it brought tears to his eyes and he's not a super emotional guy. When I showed him the QR code he was so happy and we danced to our song. What a beautiful gift from a beautiful company. I paid for express shipping and it got to me in the US in under a week!

I paid for 2 day shipping, and you refused to refund the shipping charges because you covered yourself with the "small print" clause. The quality was poor, it came in a box (not protected in any way) bent and damaged in three places. Not that I'd bother again since it's clear quality control falls far below mass production. All in all, I was wholly disappointed and won't order from this company again. Perhaps you should be more discerning when asking for a review.
