I like the print, however I thought that the map would be more detailed and the name of the place we met would be annotated on the map.

THE best customer service I have ever seen. Really. I ordered a framed card, it was a gift for our 22nd anniversary with my partner, so I had it delivered to a friend's house. But my friend had made a mistake in the postal code she gave me - and for some reason when placing my order, my credit card was charged twice. I quickly wrote to customer service, it was 10 p.m. At 8 a.m. the next morning, I had a message from them: the address had been changed and the refund made. After that, upon delivery, the box was damaged. Not only did they send me a new frame but with the reproduction inside. Not to mention that the product was exactly what I was looking for, and the email exchanges were really warm. I recommend them 200%

I ordered the moon print for Valentine's Day and it was promised that it would be delivered before February 14th and it was The photo, personalized writing and frame was very nice and packaged well. Nothing cheap about it. If I had one complaint it would be the price ??. It definitely wasn't cheap nor did it look like it when I received it but maybe a discount code or something might help future purchases. But all in all the picture was perfect! Thanks!

It's ok I guess. The idea is great but the product wasn't as quality as I expected. In a frame it looks good. But I struggled to get it in the frame. Bought a 16 x 20 frame for the 16x 20 print and it was too large for the frame. Had to cut the print. Once that was done I suppose I'm satisfied.
