I made an error on my print and they were brilliant when arranging a replacement for me. First class service all round. Couldn't recommend Positive Prints enough.

I bought this for my wife, and all was generally OK. It looks great, but my wife believes the materials to be a bit cheap and flimsy - worth less than £159! It was still well received and survived shipping in the UK and then overseas with only a small chip on the frame.
