I ordered the 'Legend Retires' frame. Unfortunately some of the photos added were not the greatest quality. Positive Prints however, were not only very quick at responding, they offered advice and alternative solutions in order to get the best out of the photos provided. I choose this companxly, because they do the correct view of the moon. The only "complain" I have is the glass... It would be more elegant in my opinion If it is real Glass and not plastic. But other than that, I Love it!

Obwohl wir zuhause waren, hat er nicht geklingelt sondern zu irgendeinen Paketshop am Ar... der Welt zugestellt, welcher nur Mo - Fr. offen hat und naturlich nur bis 17:00 Uhr. Das geht nicht. Hier bitte nachbessern. Daher einen Stern Abzug.

The poster came out great! Exactly what I wanted and my wife loved it. It matched the aesthetic she wanted for our new home. Decided to go with the framing, it was a bit more expensive than I would have wished, but it saved time and it made her opening it easier. The frame felt a bit cheaper material than expected, but I'm sure the lighter materials make it easier to ship and hang. Regardless, it looks very good on our wall. I would definitely buy again

I bought a print on canvas for my husband for our anniversary, a map of our wedding location. It is absolutely beautiful and the quality is even better than I expected. Everything is clear and crisp and it looks great on our wall! My only complaint is that there was no "marker" on the spot I indicated when ordering, which would have marked exactly where our ceremony was held on the map. Regardless, I'm still happy with the purchase and I would recommend this company!

Online shopping is hit or.miss....but this is a hit every time. To say I'm shocked by the quality and service is putting it mildly,I made a mistake on an order, emailed positive prints couple of hours later,and not only did they fix it,they sent me better suggestions !! Bought 2 items so far for special occasions and when I've handed the gift over both times I've been asked where I purchased.......I'm not giving that secret up !!! Cannot recommend the professionalism, and helpfulness of positive prints enough...fully recommend without hesitation !

Creating the exact picture I wanted was easy and communication was good. My only complaint is Evri delivered it to the wrong address and it had to be tracked down by the photo of the door- not the fault of Positive Prints but they should use a reliable courier. I haven't seen the print yet but the recipients were delighted
