I was so happy to give my daughter this unique gift of the stars. She absolutely loves it!! The service was extraordinary. When it was realized I would not receive the picture in time, totally on me for waiting until the very last minute, they sent me a print electronically so I would have something to give my daughter. When the actual print arrived it was even more beautiful than I expected!! I highly recommend!!!

Very Happy after initial print was damaged during shipping. There was no delays and prompt corrective action taken to ensure I had a new undamaged print back in a few days after raising the issue. Great service from Sara whom communicated through the whole process.

He never likes anything I get him but he said it was cool, but when he sent me a picture of it and it was already hanging on his wall I knew he really did think it was cool. A fun idea for an anniversary gift!

Way too expensive for a piece of paper. I am pretty disappointed at how little detail the paper had and the fact that I spent over $100 for a piece of paper and no frame because every frame option was sold out. The credit for the frame was $25, but the paper was over $100, how does that even make sense? What a return and refund! Nice idea, but not enough effort into the product to make it worth the money.

It would be nice if one could not only select the street but also the house number.

Did like the idea behind rhe print but did not care for rhw final layout. I chose a heart design, and script lettering. There is a 5" gap between the bottom of the heart & the lettering (on a 20 x 20 print.) Would have liked the ability to write something in this space, or a least drop the heart down for better centering.

Product was great. Design was great. Customer service e was great. I would have appreciated better clarity on delivery dates on order. Rather than saying 5-9 business days, say instead the day its supposed to arrive. Later in the process was told it would arrive after the originally promised date. Then it came sooner. So both unclear upfront and then confusing post order. Almost cancelled and had it printed here at home. Glad I didn't as the poster is very nice.

Amazing customer service plus a beautiful product

My artwork turned out fine however it took 17 calendar days from order to delivery which was not was communicated during the ordering process. The shipping estimate showed 3-9 business days but instead it took 12 business days to get to me. As a result this was late for me using it as a gift. The company did give me the digital print for free before the deadline however that would have required me to spend more money and time for their mismanagement of my expectations and slow shipping service.

Well the background was blue instead of the cream on the website and there were only the constellations and not the background stars. However my mom loved it and it turned out great, the blue actually helped highlight it better. I was a little disappointed with the lack of stars though

My print was crooked in the stretching process. I reached out and Positive Prints is correcting and sending a new one. Overall the idea of the print is nice just wish there was a final review process to guarantee quality of the product.
